Day 12 -- If you are ever in Queen Creek, you must go to San Tan Flat for burgers. Aaron and Dana took us there our first night visiting them and we had a blast. Even though we took the camera with us, we never actually got around to taking any pictures :( The four of us just got to talking and before we knew it, it was time to go and we left without a single shot! Apparently, there is some county ordinance that outlaws outdoor dancing in Queen Creek. The San Tan Flat is famous for allowing its patrons kick up their heels to the country music that can be heard as soon as you pull into the parking lot. Had we not been so busy catching up, we may have participated and I would have brought home a "I danced at San Tan Flat" souvenir T-Shirt.
But we still got the "Arizona experience" and will make dancing (and pictures) a priority the next time we visit.
